- 2 tsp Garlic Butter Grillin’ Oil
- 2 Tbsp Brisket Fixx seasoning
- 6 brioche buns, toasted
- Sautéed mushrooms
- Pickled jalapeños
- Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
- Crispy bacon
- Parchment paper
Instructions – How to Smash a Burger
- Divide the ground beef into 6 loose balls.
- Preheat your cast iron skillet on high or your flat top grill to 375°F.
