Return Policy

Retail Orders (Direct-to-Consumer)

Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for safety and quality control reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at orders@motleyque.ca. Photographic evidence may be required. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Unopened, unused merchandise (non-food items only) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale sales are final.

We do not accept returns on food products unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved wholesale returns may be subject to:

  • A restocking fee (up to 20%)

  • Return shipping at the buyer’s expense

  • Inspection upon receipt before credit is issued

Claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
