Questions
When does my first drop ship?
Join by the 7th and your first drop ships on the 8th of that month. Join on or after the 8th and your first drop ships the following month.
Can I choose my start month?
Your start month is set by the day you join, so you always start with the next drop. You can also join for next year's full 12 drops now and we'll add the rest of this year's drops free.
What if I join for next year early?
Join for next year's full year before December 8 and every drop left this year is on us. Join by November 7 and you get November and December free. Join November 8 to December 7 and you get December free.
How do referral codes work?
Got a code from a Project Que member? Enter it in the discount code box at checkout for 10% off your membership. Each email can use a code once. Every new member who joins with a member's code counts toward that member's rewards.
What's in a drop?
Something you can't buy anywhere else. Drops can include sauces, rubs, dips, apparel and more. Every drop is a surprise and is never sold outside Project Que.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping is included on every drop.
Does my membership renew automatically?
No. You pay once and we never charge you again automatically. Each December we'll invite you to rejoin for the next year.
What if I join in December?
Join by December 7 to get the December drop. From December 8, your membership is for the following year, January to December.
Can I give Project Que as a gift?
Yes. Choose Gift Project Que, add their name, a message and when you'd like us to tell them, then enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Every drop ships straight to them.
