- 1 Box of Stove Top Stuffing
- 2 TBSP Butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the stuffing:Follow the package instructions to prepare Stove Top Stuffing. Let it cool to make handling easier.
2. Cut your pork loin: Slice the pork loin into 2-inch-thick chops using a sharp chef’s knife. Then, carefully cut a pocket into the centre of each chop without slicing all the way through.
3. Stuff the pork chops:Fill each pocket with the prepared stuffing.
4. Season the outside: Generously rub Motley Que Pork & Rib Fixx all over the stuffed chops to amplify the flavour.
5. Cook on the grill or smoker: Place the chops over indirect heat and cook until the internal temperature reaches about 145°F.
6. Glaze with BBQ sauce: Brush room-temperature BBQ sauce over the chops and return them to the cooker. Cook until the internal temperature hits 160°F.
7. Rest before serving: Remove the chops and let them rest for 3-5 minutes to lock in the juices.
