Jess and Joe are the kind of people who bet on themselves when it would’ve been easier to quit. Before awards, before products on shelves, before BBQ stages and packed classes—there was fire. Real fire. Small kitchens. Long days. No safety net.

BBQ didn’t come from a trend. It came from obsession.

We cooked because we had to. We kept going because we loved it. Somewhere along the way, that obsession turned into sauces, rubs, classes, and a community that gives a damn about real food made by real people.

Motley Que is bold on purpose. Simple on purpose. Loud when it needs to be and stripped back when it matters. Every product we put out has been cooked with, tested hard, and earned its place.
