The Best Steak Sandwich You'll ever have!

1 5 ounce Sirloin Steak

¼ Cup W Sauce Fireshire

2 Tbsp Ivory Heaven

Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)

Baguette

2 tbsp Garlic Paste

Hi ½ Cup + 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

2 Cremini Mushrooms (Sliced)

½  Shallot (finely Minced)

1 tsp Dill Weed


  1. Marinate Steak with W sauce for three to four hours.

  2. Mix Garlic Paste & Butter thoroughly and spread over insides of sliced (to size of sandwich) baguette

  3. Place baguette in preheated (350F) oven for 4 - 6 Minutes

  4. While the Baguette is in the oven, saute mushroom & shallots in 2 Tbsp Butter  and Dill weed until mushrooms reach a nice dark color. Reserve aside in a covered dish to keep warm.

  5. Take steak from the marinade, season both sides with fresh ground black pepper (there is lots of sodium in the W sauce so avoid salting now to possibly prevent over salting) and place in a medium hot pan or grill and cook to desired doneness.

  6. Slice steak (against the grain) and lay out on the bottom piece of baguette and drizzle with Ivory Heaven then spoon the mushroom/shallot mixture over the top & cover with top “bun”
