The Ultimate Albertan Pastrami Sandwich

The Ultimate Albertan Pastrami Sandwich

Honestly I don't know why I would call this an "Albertan Sandwich" aside from when looking at our fellow Albertans, we seem to be all over the place!

This sandwich, like everyone I seem to meet nowadays has a mixture of different "flavours" that is used to make up something/someone special.

Ingredients:

3-4 slices of Pastrami

2 Slices Sourdough Bread

Mayo

2 Slices Swiss Cheese

2 slices of Dill Pickles

Russian Salad Dressing

Motley Mustard

In a preheated pan, start reheating pastrami slices.

Use mayo to slather both sides of both pieces of bread and place one side down in the pan.

Add Swiss Cheese to side of bread facing up in the pan.

Flip the pastrami Slices and cover pan for 2 minutes to help melt the cheese

Stack the pastami on one piece of the bread

add pickle slices over the Pastrami

drizzle over pickles with Russian Dressing & motley Mustard

Flip other bread piece with melted cheese onto the half with meat & such on it.

Remove from pan

Eat & Enjoy
