
Creamy Creole Chicken Sloppy Joe's

1 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp garlic grilling oil
1 Cup Mirepoix Mix Veg
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tbsp Creole seasoning
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese
4 burger buns, toasted
Direction:
1. Sauté Veggies
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, cook 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook 1 more minute.
2. Cook Chicken
Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with Creole seasoning. Cook 5–7 minutes until no longer pink.
3. Add Broth and Cream
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Melt Cheese
Stir in cheese until melted and creamy.
5. Assemble
Spoon the Creole chicken mixture onto toasted burger buns. Serve hot and enjoy the spicy, cheesy goodness!
