Deadly Donair Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Motley Que SPG+
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2/3 cup + 1/4 cup white vinegar
Directions
- Make the donair sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together evaporated milk and 2/3 cup white vinegar until smooth.
- Cook the beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, donair sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, diced onions, oregano, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, and SPG+. Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup white vinegar until fully incorporated.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- Top & rest: Sprinkle diced tomatoes and onions on top. Let sit for 15 minutes to thicken and develop flavor.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with chips, pita bread, or fresh veggies.
