Ingredients:

  • Motley Que Beef & Cheese Sausages
  • Pillsbury Grands Crescent Rolls
  • 2 tbsp Motley Que Garlic Butter Oil
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Motley Mustard for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225–250°F.
  2. Smoke Motley Que Beef & Cheese Sausages until they reach 165°F internal temperature. Use a meat thermometer to ensure safety.
  3. Remove sausages from the smoker and allow them to cool completely.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (or smoker to 350°F for finishing).
  5. Wrap cooled sausages in Grands Crescent Roll dough, ensuring full coverage.
  6. Brush tops with Motley Que Garlic Butter Oil.
  7. Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning evenly over the dough.
  8. Bake on a cookie sheet until the crescent dough is golden brown (12–18 minutes).
