Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 ⅛ cups brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 tbsp milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups pecans
- 1 pie crust (pre-made or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat smoker: Set smoker to 375°F.
- Prepare butter: Melt butter and let it cool slightly.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add eggs: Beat eggs into the dry mixture until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients: Stir in melted butter, milk, vinegar, vanilla, and pecans until well combined.
