Sizzle & Spice - BBQ Heaven June 4th

Sizzle & Spice is a women-only BBQ class led by Jess Semack, Alberta Cup Champion for Chicken and a multi-time 1st Place KCBS winner in chicken and pork, featuring Trina from BBQ Heaven.

This class is all about building confidence on the grill, trying new flavours and styles, and realizing that BBQ isn’t just “the guys’ thing” it’s yours too.

This class will run through crowd-pleasing appies to mains, sides, and dessert, all on the BBQ and smoker. Jess brings championship-level technique, while Trina adds her product knowledge and East Coast BBQ Heaven flair making this a powerful night of learning and fun.
